1. What is Kifflo’s return policy?

At Kifflo, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 90 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags intact. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Absolutely! Exchanges are accepted within the same 90-day return window as long as the item is in unused, new condition. Whether you need a different size, color, or style, we’ll make it right.

3. How do I return or exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges can be completed in-store. At this time, we do not offer prepaid shipping labels for mail-in returns, so customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Are there any restocking fees?

Nope! We believe in keeping things simple. Kifflo does not charge any restocking fees on returns or exchanges.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT -05:00) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
